Values Questions

It is so important to get your basic needs met so you can focus on creating your dream.

What are your basic needs?

What, who, or how can you get these needs met more often without struggle?


If your goals are aligned with your innermost emotional values they are easier to accomplish.

What are your highest three values in life?
Number them in priority 1, 2, 3.

What are your highest values in a relationship?
Number them in priority 1, 2, 3.
Ex. (Trust, fun, passion.)

If you haven't achieved a goal, ask yourself what could be the conflict between two of the values? (Security vs. freedom, etc.)


Successful people can say 'No' without guilt because they respect their own time and energy.

Can you say NO to things/people you don't want to do?

What are the things you are going to say 'No' to starting now?
(Excess TV, fatty foods, time vampires, gossip, smoking)

Eliminate your top energy drainers - the who and the what.

Make a list of the top energy drainers in your life. Use his or her full name! List them here. (Ex: TV, soap operas, Aunt Bessie, John at work, etc.)


People find time for what is truly important to them.
(family, spirit, career, goals, etc.)

Can you say YES to things/people who reflect your true priorities?

What or who are you going to say 'yes' to starting now?


A balanced life takes planning.

Take good care of yourself - time just for you.

Lasting wealth is planned, not stumbled upon.

Are you making steps towards the road of financial independence?

What steps are you going to take to change your financial future?


Great Relationships take investments of time and energy.

Are you strengthening your soul with the important relationships in your life?

Is the relationship you are in the right one?

How can it be improved?

Make a list of ten things you can do to find a relationship or make the one you are in better.

What are you going to do DIFFERENT this year to make this year better than last year?
